Additionally, this software includes special torque reduction features in the first and second gears, ensuring smoother and more manageable power application. Safety is a paramount consideration in CarBahn’s software development process. The software is designed to synergize seamlessly with high-performance intercoolers, heat exchangers, and large turbochargers, achieving optimal power outcomes. Key safety measures like knock control sensitivity, super knock control sensitivity, and catalyst thermal protection are integrated into the OEM software, safeguarding against potential engine and catalyst damage.

Steve Dinan has been building high performance and racing engines for BMW’s since 1977, winning 121 racing championships including 3 prototype championships and two Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. The same engine shop that builds these sophisticated racing engines is also responsible for all of our customer engine builds, doing everything from mild modifications to extreme builds to make serious power.
