Stage 1 Road-Car Engine Program

Stage 1 Engines

Up to 750 lb-ft of torque*

Warranty 2-year / 24,000-mile coverage for road use when paired with an approved tune and supporting components.

Best For High-performance street cars and occasional track use targeting a substantial bump in torque with OEM-like drivability.

Price Tier Entry point into CarBahn engine programs with the most accessible overall cost of ownership.

Stage 2 Enhanced Output Program

Stage 2 Engines

Up to 850 lb-ft of torque*

Warranty 2-year / 24,000-mile coverage for road use when built and tuned within CarBahn’s recommended limits.

Best For Dual street/track builds and higher-power setups that demand more headroom for boost and torque than a Stage 1 engine.

Price Tier Mid-range pricing with additional component and machining upgrades to support elevated torque targets.

Racing Competition Engines

Racing Engines

Up to 1,000 lb-ft of torque*

Warranty Materials and workmanship only. Racing engines are intended for competition use and should be rebuilt periodically based on run time or mileage.

Best For Dedicated race cars and maximum-output builds where outright performance and durability under extreme conditions are the priority.

Price Tier Highest investment level with the most aggressive components, machining, and capabilities in the CarBahn engine lineup.

*Torque limits are application-dependent and must be matched with the correct tune, fuel system, and supporting hardware.

Engine Warranty Coverage

Every CarBahn engine is backed by our industry-leading warranty program. Coverage varies by engine type and intended use to ensure reliability, clarity, and long-term protection for your investment.

Stage 1 & 2 WARRANTY

Coverage: 2 years / 24,000 miles

Stage 1 and Stage 2 engines are covered when operated within CarBahn-approved torque limits, paired with a CarBahn tune, and installed with all required supporting components.

What’s Included:

  • Internal engine components
  • Materials and workmanship defects
  • Blueprint machining and assembly processes

Important:

  • Warranty does not cover failures caused by non-CarBahn tunes or aftermarket fueling components.
  • If torque limits are exceeded, coverage is reduced to materials and workmanship only.
  • Warranty determination is at CarBahn’s discretion based on teardown inspection.

Racing Engine Warranty

Coverage: Materials & workmanship only

Racing engines are designed exclusively for competition use. They must be inspected and rebuilt periodically based on run time, boost pressure, RPM, and operating conditions.

What’s Included:

  • Materials and workmanship defects on initial assembly
  • Precision machining and component-fit validation

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from tuning, calibration errors, or detonation
  • Failures from boost pressure, RPM, heat cycles, or competition stress
  • Fueling or ignition-related component failures
