If the vehicle has an active drivability issue, check engine light, installation concern, or software connection problem, gather the details below before submitting your request.

! Urgent vehicle issue?
If the vehicle is unsafe to drive, do not continue driving it. Submit the request with “not drivable” noted clearly in the description.

Helpful Information to Include

  • Vehicle year, model, engine, mileage, and VIN if available.
  • CarBahn product name, tuning stage, map, fuel type, and install method.
  • Whether the issue appeared immediately after install or after driving.
  • Any check engine light, diagnostic trouble codes, or scanner screenshots.
  • Photos of the installation area, connectors, parts, or damaged components.
  • Dealer name or installer name if the product was professionally installed.
