Official Rules
The CarBahn x Peregrine x Pureflow Racing VIP Experience Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is subject to the following Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by CarBahn Motorsports, LLC. (“Sponsor”), located at 8100 Southpark Way #A9. Littleton, CO 80120.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, Peregrine Racing, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on March 20th at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on April 19th at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:
- Automatic Entry with Purchase: Eligible individuals who purchase an Apex Armor PR-39 product from carbahn.com during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry per qualifying order.
- Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, visit carbahn.com/pr39 and complete the official entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry, unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Multiple or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a VIP Peregrine Racing Fan Experience, which may include, in Sponsor’s sole discretion:
- Race tickets & VIP access to a Peregrine Racing event
- Meet-and-greet with team members
- Behind-the-scenes or pit access
- Additional experiences or merchandise selected by Sponsor
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $599.
Travel, lodging, and transportation are not included unless expressly stated by Sponsor in writing. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 7 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends from among all eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within two business days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of winner’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Peregrine Racing, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Colorado. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://carbahn.com/policies/privacy-policy.
14. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: CarBahn Motorsports, LLC., 8100 Southpark Way #A9, Littleton, CO 80120, within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
