1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by CarBahn, LLC, located at 8100 Southpark Way, Littleton CO 80120.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins at 12:00 a.m. MST on February 23rd and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on March 7th.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by submitting a valid email address via the official entry form located at carbahn.com/giveaway.
Limit one (1) entry per person via email submission.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a genuine used side fender panel from the CarBahn Peregrine Racing IMSA race vehicle.
The item is a previously used crash component and is not intended for functional automotive use. It is offered as a collectible motorsports memorabilia piece only.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.
No substitution or cash equivalent permitted.
6. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days of the Sweepstakes closing date.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification
Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions
CarBahn reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion.
By entering, participants grant CarBahn permission to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
