By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

1. Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by CarBahn, headquartered in Colorado, United States.
2. Promotion Description: The CarBahn Bimmer Invasion Florida 2026 Giveaway (“Promotion”) is a sweepstakes promotion conducted in connection with the Bimmer Invasion event in Florida.
3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agencies, dealers, and promotion partners are not eligible to win.
4. Promotion Period: Entries must be received during the Promotion period as stated on the entry form or promotional materials. Sponsor intends to select the winner on or before April 10, 2026.
5. How to Enter: To enter, complete and submit the official giveaway entry form made available by Sponsor during the Promotion period. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or illegible entries may be disqualified.
6. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
7. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) CarBahn gift card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $500.00 USD.
8. Gift Card Use: The gift card is valid for eligible purchases made online through CarBahn and/or at participating authorized dealer locations, subject to CarBahn gift card terms, availability, and applicable restrictions. The gift card is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
9. Winner Selection and Odds: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Notification: Sponsor may attempt to notify the selected winner using the contact information submitted with the entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time specified by Sponsor, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
11. Prize Conditions: Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize unless otherwise required by law. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
12. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, city, state, likeness, social handle, statements, and/or photograph for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional notice, permission, or compensation.
13. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Bimmer Invasion, participating dealers, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and promotion partners from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Right to Disqualify / Modify: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
15. Privacy: Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
16. Void Where Prohibited: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
17. Governing Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
18. Winners List: To request the winner’s name, send a request to Sponsor after April 10, 2026 and within a reasonable time following winner confirmation, subject to applicable law and privacy considerations.

Sponsor may update these Official Rules before the Promotion closes if necessary for compliance, administration, or clarification, provided that any changes are posted in a legally compliant manner and do not materially impair entrant rights already granted under the Promotion.
